Grand Éminent Brut Nature is a Crémant de Bourgogne from vineyards located in Molesme, resting on soils that confer a smooth minerality.
Vinification and ageing
After a gentle first fermentation, only the first juices, called "Cuvée", are used. Ageing on lees for a minimum of 36 months.
