The estate

Founded in 1885 by the Boillot family, the Domaine Henri Boillot produces Burgundy wines that, with their finesse and aromatic richness, are recognized by the greatest critics.

The vineyard

A small climate extended over 6.50 hectares, "Les Chevrets" is part of the very beautiful Premier Crus of the Volnay appellation whose village is located in the heart of the Côte-de-Beaune between Meursault and Pommard, in Burgundy.

The "Les Chevrets" climate is distinguished by its marly and clay-limestone soils with vines planted on well-exposed slopes. The estate owns a 1.50 hectare vineyard within the appellation, whose vines are on average 60 years old.

Vinification and aging

Complete vinification at 25% before aging 75% in barrels of a wine.
