Tasting
Color
The color, clear and bright, is adorned with a delicate orange-pink.

The attack is generous and lively, giving way to an elegant palate marked by subtle aromas of citrus zest enhanced with a hint of cinnamon and cardamom.

The property
In 1896, Marcel Ott, a young agricultural engineer from Alsace, settled in Provence with the conviction that this vineyard, although scarred by phylloxera, can reveal all its potential. Since then, the Ott family has perpetuated this vision through the production of exceptional rosé, red and white wines from three emblematic estates: Château de Selle, Clos Mireille and Château Romassan.
In the 1930s, René Ott created a bottle with a unique and refined design, which has since become the emblem of the Domaines Ott* and a symbol of quality. Since 2004, Domaines Ott* has been part of the prestigious Louis Roederer house.
The vineyard
Resulting from a careful selection of grapes, the BY OTT rosé is a wine from Côtes de Provence reflecting the demand and know-how of Domaines Ott*.
Vinification and aging
After the harvest, the grapes are transported by gravity to the new cellar of Château de Selle. They are then vinified in a winery dedicated exclusively to the production of the BY OTT rosé.
