The estate

Founded in 1820 and acquired by the Symington family in 1970, W&J Graham's is now the only independent British Port House.

While Graham's was one of the first houses to acquire its own vineyards in the Douro Valley, in the Duriense region of north-west Portugal, it also reflects its pioneering spirit through a constant quest for perfection and the modernisation of viticulture and vinification methods.

Graham's produces Port wines that are recognised around the world for their finesse, aromatic richness and concentration.

The vineyard

Produced only in exceptional years, Vintage Ports are Graham's most refined and distinctive signature.

Graham's Stone Terraces Vintage Port 2021 is made at Quinta Dos Malvedos, considered to be one of the Douro's finest vineyards and Graham's most emblematic Quinta.

Overlooking the river and superb terraced vineyards, this Quinta covers 89.2 hectares classified A.

The wine

Benefiting from seven decades of ageing in oak casks, this Vintage Port delights with its exceptional balance between concentration and freshness.

Tasting

Colour
The colour is of a beautiful crimson, adorned with subtle purple highlights.

Nose
The nose releases delicious notes of blackberry and kirsch, then, during aeration, of mango. These tropical fragrances are one of the major characteristics of this Port.

Palate
The palate delights with its concentration, refinement and polished tannins. Throughout the tasting, the palate harmoniously combines elegance and balance with lively notes of black fruit, strawberry and mango.
