A great, intense Californian wine with a beautiful structure
The estate
After 17 years spent in the vineyards of Bordeaux, Stephan Asseo set out to conquer California. It is in the superb region of Paso Robles, between San Francisco and Los Angeles that Stephan Asseo founded his estate: L’Aventure Winery by planting his vineyard on virgin lands.
The wine
Estate Cuvee from L'Aventure is a reference among the great wines of Paso Robles. On the occasion of the estate's 20th anniversary, this cuvee is adorned with a special label.
Vinification and ageing
Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Ageing for a period of 19 months in French oak barrels, of which 84% are new and 16% of a wine.
Blend
Syrah (50%)
Cabernet sauvignon (30%)
Petit verdot (20%).
