Description
La Bastide Blanche releases a complex and dense Bandol rosé wine
The estate
Nestled in an idyllic setting on the shores of the Mediterranean in Sainte-Anne-de-Castellet, you will find the family estate of La Bastide Blanche. Since 1972, this estate has been producing great wines in the Bandol appellation.
La Bastide Blanche is committed to nature and its protection and produces organic wines. The vineyard covers an area of 50 hectares, where the typical soils of the appellation (red clay, clay-limestone and gravelly soils) contribute to the signature of these wines, which are recognised for their high quality and their great ageing potential.
The vineyard
This 2022 vintage of La Bastide Blanche is a Bandol rosé wine stemming from a vineyard where the vines are 28 years old on average and are planted on clay-limestone soils and gravelly areas.
