A full-bodied and structured red wine from Barbaresco
The property
Located in Piedmont, in the North of Italy, Produttori del Barbaresco was founded in 1958 under the impetus of the priest of the village of Barbaresco. Indeed, in order to save the small local vineyards and perpetuate their know-how, he decided to bring together the operations of nineteen small producers into a common estate. The wines of Produttori del Barbaresco are recognised for their elegance, their full-bodied character and their wide aromatic palette.
The vineyard
This Piedmont estate watches over a 120-hectare vineyard. The vines are planted on a mosaic of clayey soils within "pre-Alpine" hills located between 200 and 400 metres in altitude.
The wine
The 2021 Barbaresco from Produttori del Barbaresco is a Barbaresco wine from a selection of vineyards covering a total area of 120 hectares, owned by 54 owners, planted on clay-limestone soils rich in calcium.
Vinification and ageing
Following the harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maceration of 28 days accompanied by pumping over two to three times a day. The ageing process, lasting 20 months, is carried out in large oak barrels.

Nebbiolo (100%).
