The opulence and refinement of a Tuscan wine

The estate

The story begins in 1984 when a couple of wine enthusiasts bought a property, initially intended to be a living environment in contact with nature, which quickly became a vineyard. Tua Rita was born. Over the years and with the recognition of Tua Rita's wines, the estate has grown from two hectares to nine, then twenty and now about thirty hectares. Tua Rita has now become an essential reference for wines from Tuscany, a major wine region in Italy.

The vineyard

The Tua Rita estate covers nearly 30 hectares in the Maremma Superiore wine area (IGT), in the Val di Cornia, ideally located between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Metalliferous Hills of Tuscany.

The wine

Syrah per Sempre from Tua Rita is an IGT Toscana wine produced since 2001 from vineyards planted on soils composed of clay and silt.

Vinification and ageing

Hand-picked harvest. Ageing for 15 to 17 months in French oak barrels, then additional ageing for several months before marketing.

Grape variety

Syrah per Sempre 2022 from Tua Rita is 100% syrah.
