The vivacity and balance of a Californian red wine
The property
Located in the heart of Napa Valley, the BOND estate is none other than the property of H. William Harlan, the founder of Harlan Estate. This property, founded in 1996, bases its production around 5 cuvées that best exploit the plots: Melbury, Quella, St Eden, Vecina and Pluribus.
The vineyard
The estate's terroir benefits from an ideal exposure, as well as an altitude ranging from 105 to 160 meters. The clay-sedimentary soils, combined with the climate and the goldsmith's work of the winemakers, offer Californian wines of exceptional quality.
Vinification and ageing
Following manual harvesting and traditional vinification, this Napa Valley wine benefits from a 28-month ageing process, carried out in French oak barrels (one third of which are new).
Grape variety
Cabernet sauvignon (100%).
