The property
Famous for its rosés since the 19th century, Château Galoupet saw its fame affirmed in 1955, when it was elevated to the rank of Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence. Despite the succession of owners over time, the integrity of this historic estate has remained intact for over three centuries.
Since 2019, under the direction of Moët Hennessy, Château Galoupet has been pursuing a rigorous environmental approach.
The vineyard
Château Galoupet oversees a terroir of 77 hectares of classified woods and 69 hectares of certified organic vines. G de Galoupet 2024 is mainly made from grapes from the Château Galoupet vineyard, located on a coastal terroir bathed in maritime influences. To bring freshness and complexity to the blend, the house completes this selection with grapes from plots located further north of the appellation.
