Description
Discovering the finesse and aromatic expression of three Chilean crus
The property
Founded in 1880 by Don Domingo Concha, Viña Santa Rita is a pillar of Chilean viticulture, located in the Maipo Valley, nicknamed the "Bordeaux of Chile". With over 3,800 hectares of vineyards, it stands out for its commitment to sustainability, certified as Certified Sustainable Wine of Chile. Oscar Salas and Sebastien Labbe lead the production, highlighting award-winning wines like Casa Real. The historical heritage, linked to Chile's independence, and innovation, with lighter bottles, reinforce its uniqueness.
A selection of 3 exceptional Chilean crus
This Chilean Crus selection from Santa Rita brings together two bottles of each of the three crus from the estate:
Floresta Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
This wine from the heights of Alto Jahuel in the Maipo Valley is made from vineyards planted on a stony terroir with a climate tempered by mountain breezes. Intense and structured, it seduces with its aromas of red fruits, cedar and graphite, as well as its fresh palate with well-present tannins and a long finish.
Floresta Carmenère 2022
The Floresta Carmenère is a wine from the Colchagua Valley, made from the granitic terroirs of Apalta with a Mediterranean climate. Its purple color precedes a nose of black fruits, violet and mineral notes, while on the palate, its freshness blends with a beautiful fruity structure and an elegantly mineral finish.
Floresta Chardonnay 2021
The Floresta Chardonnay comes from the coastal valley of Limarí, where the oceanic climate and morning mists promote a beautiful freshness. On tasting, the floral and fruity nose precedes a creamy palate, with a tangy freshness and rare persistence.
