The vineyard

The 2020 Cuvée Anonyme by Xavier Vignon is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine from a selection of parcels that derive their uniqueness from their precocity and limited yield.

Vinification and aging

Harvested early (end of August) to preserve high acidity, the roussanne benefits from oak barrel vinification, just like its 4-month aging accompanied by regular stirring.
The clairette, white grenache and picpoul undergo low-temperature fermentation and stainless steel tank aging.
