The property

The vineyard
Xavier Vignon's Cuvée Anonyme 2022 is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine from a selection of plots that derive their uniqueness from their precocity and limited yield.
Vinification and aging
Harvested early (end of August) to preserve high acidity, the roussanne benefits from oak barrel vinification, just like its 4-month aging accompanied by regular stirring.
The clairette, white grenache and picpoul undergo low-temperature fermentation as well as stainless steel vat aging.
