A Brut champagne seductive in its creaminess and richness
The property
Located in the heart of Aÿ, one of the 17 Champagne villages classified as Grand Cru, the Champagne Lallier House has been writing its history since its foundation by René Lallier in 1906. In constant pursuit of excellence, René-James Lallier, grandson of the founder, opens a new page in the history of the house by carrying out major modernization works of the winemaking tools from 1996. In 2004 Francis Tribaut, a passionate Champagne native who advises other great Champagne names, acquires the Lallier House.
The cuvées of the Lallier House are recognized for their finesse and their authentic expression of the richness of the most beautiful Champagne terroirs.
The wine
Réflexion Rosé reinvents the blend of rosé champagne at Lallier. It combines the character of the year and the style of the House, mixing purity, freshness, intensity and depth. This cuvée is made from grapes from the great terroirs of Champagne, such as the Montagne de Reims, Aÿ, the Côte des Bar but also the Côte des Blancs, Montgueux, the Côtes de Sézanne or the Vallée de la Marne.
Vinification and aging
Made from 70% of the 2021 vintage and 30% of reserve wines (2020), this Rosé champagne benefits from a minimum aging of 36 months. The dosage is 7 g/liter.
Blend
Pinot noir (53%) including 7% of Bouzy red wines
Chardonnay (41%)
Meunier (6%).
